Milan Design Week 2017 / Part 1

Milan Design Week 2017: Duomo

A few weeks ago I went to Milano to attend my first ever Milan Design Week. For those who don’t not know the concept, it’s like fashion week, but instead of clothes, brands present furniture and objects in their respective showrooms. Some of these objects easily could be  considered pieces of art. Milan Design Week is an annual event, and it’s world’s largest one of it’s kind. It’s an amazing opportunity to discover young artists and getting inspired by all the latest creations in furniture and design. Continue reading…

Sunday Walk Outfit

OOTD - Zara Jeans, Cos Shirt, Charles & Keith Bag, Acne Boots

Last weekend, during one of those rare sunny days in Paris, I decided to have a walk through the city with my boyfriend. Naturally I went to one of my favourite spots in Paris: Ile Saint Louis. I love crossing the bridge from Île de la Cité, finding a sunny place, sitting down along the Seine and contemplating the back view of the magnificent Notre Dame. Usually, I always shoot pictures the way you can see the cathedral behind me, but this time I decided to show you Ile Saint Louis in the background: cream white colour old houses, where you can find some really beautiful apartments, very old shops and some restaurants.

Here comes the Sun

Outfit - Daryn Moore Paris
“It’s been a long cold lonely winter…” and yes, finally, here comes the Sun. This was my first reaction when I saw this beautiful warm light at the Cœur de Louvre. For someone who has lived for 10 years in Spain, it should not be so exciting to see the Sun, but oh boy, it is! It’s been raining for so long that I am waiting for warm days. So I can be a little kid again and run around and enjoy my city of love. In today’s outfit I want to highlight these gorgeous high heel sandals by the talented Parisian designer, Chloe. Daryn Moore is the official name of her brand and I totally fell in love with her designs when she showed them to me for the first time .

La Dolce Vita Milanese

Milan outfit by Marianna Senchina
Ciao amore,
This outfit post comes from two weeks ago when I was in Milan for Design week (travel post coming soon). One of the reasons I was so excited to be in Milano was the fact that my favourite designer, Marianna Senchina, lives in Milan and I knew I was going to see her beautiful creations. I even had chance to wear this gorgeous red dress, to walk around the city and take some pictures.

Embroidered Satin Bomber Jacket

Since I decided to like bomber jackets, it took me some time to find the one I would completely love, and finally I found it: this beautiful piece from & Other Stories (here), is a satin bomber jacket with exotic embroidery, in my favourite colour blue. It’s a perfect piece to wear during weekends, or even everyday, if your style is sporty chic. You can combine it with jeans, a skirt, sporty or classic shoes.

The Red and The Black (and The White)

Today I’m showing you, what’s so far, my favourite look of 2017. Very comfortable daily outfit, with touch of elegance and feminism.
These white (cream) pants with red detail on the waist reminded me 70’s clothes, and I have to admit, I love 70’s! The black top with ruffle sleeves was just perfect for those trousers and I loved how they looked together. As an accessory I chose to wear my little red leather bag from Louvreuse. You can never go wrong with red, black and white combination.
The whole look is from Busy Panda, french online store, with original pieces for affordable prices. Here you can find very selected designs and be sure that not the whole city has the same outfit (feels good, right?)

#PFW Day 4 Anna October’s off shoulder dress

Here is my last look from Paris Fashion Week, and it’s very special, since I’m wearing my favourite designer’s piece. Yes, it’s Anna October‘s dress, and the moment I saw it, I knew I was going to wear it for DIOR
What makes this dress so special is the off shoulder cut, which makes you look very feminine and sensual, and I loved it! Combined with my favourite Christian Louboutin heels (from Net-A-Porter), I felt like a modern princess, and I was more than happy to pose for all the photographers around.
This design is from fall-winter 2017 collection, and very soon available in shops, so if you like it, stay tuned and visit Anna’s online shop https://annaoctober.com

Black and white outfit, with pearl details on my accessories, was the best choice for Chanel show, and I was right! Every single person fell in love with my “DREAM”jacket and of course, with my super original hand bag.

The artist who creates these beautiful pieces, is an young Ukrainian designer, Marianna Senchina. Based in Milano, Marianna loves to work on romantic, feminine silhouettes. #PFW day 2 Shades of blue

If I had to choose one piece to wear during the whole Spring, I would definitely opt for this blue, off shoulder, pearl buttons shirt by FLOW The Label. I actually fell in love with the whole fall-winter 17/18 collection, and I’m very happy I got to wear some of the pieces.
Blue is my favourite colour, so there was no difficulty to combine this shirt with a beautiful denim trousers. To break a bit the colour composition, I added the red touch with my beautiful Christian Louboutin heels from Net-a-Porter, and a black and white fur coat by FLOW as well. It’s a fake fur, absolutely gorgeous one, so no animal was hurt to create this beauty. If you like my outfit, go and check out FLOW The Label‘s official website (here) for more designs.
